I found you on instagram, how does the buying process work?

All items listed on Lamb Vintage's website and weekly story sales are subject to first come, first serve availability. The first individual to purchase online or contact us about an item (payment ready) has priority over the item.

Will taxes and fees be applied to my transaction?

When you buy an item via the Lamb Vintage website, additional taxes and service fees will be applied to the transaction. Taxes will be calculated according to your location and applied to your final total at checkout.

Do you accept other forms of payment?

Buyers may choose to purchase an item via alternative payment processing apps (Cash App/ Zelle/Venmo or PayPal but must note buyer protection is not included with most mobile payment services. If you wish to purchase an item using an alternative method, please direct message the Lamb Vintage team via Instagram.
 
Do you provide tracking information for orders?

Tracking information is always provided for every purchase. Once an item has been marked as 'delivered' by the carrier to the address provided by the buyer, the buyer assumes liability for the item. Additional services such as restricted delivery, signature required delievery and overnight shipping are available upon request for an additional fee.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

Items will ship tracked via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.

What condition are the items? Do you accept returns?

All listed items are in vintage condition and may include signs of wear.
Additionally, every item is final sale and returns are not accepted. If you have any additional questions about the condition of an item or would like additional photos/videos prior to purchasing, please reach out via Instagram direct message or email and a representative will respond within 24 hours.
